Application

C4000 is specially suited for uses in primers and interior and exterior paints.

However, Mica in general is used in electrical equipment, vacuum tubes, incandescent lamps, windows in high-temperature equipment, cosmetics, roofing, rubber, wall paper and wallboard joint cement as well as in oil-well drilling muds. Mica is also used as dusting agent, lubricant, filler in exterior pains, glass and ceramic flux, mold-release agent and specialty paper for insulation and filtration among others.
